Excitement continues to build as Stone Cold Hockey© design goes into the fine-tuning stage. The game is now producing much more accurate results, while bringing the fun, dramatic narrative of a fast and physical sport. The latest updates include:
- Home/Away Control ratings: I tried and tried to make the team ratings work with built-in home ice boosts in the charts, but it was not enough. So the 1974-75 season was re-rated to distinctly model each team's level of performance at home and on the road. This makes seasons a bit more challenging to produce, but the payoff is already worth it.
- Optional Assist table added.
- A couple of new comeback-oriented results in the charts to bring more competitive balance and scoring.
- A new 3rd period rule added for Protecting a Lead.
